At AMArting, we strive to provide a fun, creative, and rewarding experience for all students and clients. Because class space and preparation time are limited, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all bookings and custom services.


Sewing Class Policy

All class registrations must be paid in advance to reserve your seat.

  • There will be no refunds.
  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before class may be rescheduled to a future class.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class are not eligible for a reschedule.
  • No-shows will not receive a refund or credit.

If AMArting must cancel a class for any reason, students will receive:

  • The option to reschedule to another class

Class Rescheduling

Students may request to reschedule a class if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before class may not be accommodated.


Custom Sewing Projects

Custom projects require time, planning, and materials.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
  • This deposit secures your project spot and covers preparation time.
  • Once work has started, refunds are not available.

If a project is canceled before work begins, the deposit remains non-refundable, but may be applied toward a future approved project at our discretion.


Custom Sewing Classes

Custom or private classes require advance planning.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  • The remaining balance is due before or at the start of class.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Materials and Supplies

Materials purchased specifically for your class or custom project may be non-refundable, especially if they cannot be reused.
